MARSI COTTON SL reports that it will not be responsible for special rates, customs tariffs or additional delivery costs. Prices do not include customs rates, taxes or tariffs.

MARSI COTTON SL has the following shipping costs:

FREE SHIPPING in orders greater than € 59.95 for Peninsula, in orders greater than 89.95 for the Balearic Islands and in orders greater than € 99.95 for Zone I and Zone II.

Zone I: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Sweden.

Zone II: Greece, Bulgaria, Rep. Czech, Rep. Slovaca, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

For shipping collection, the cash on delivery payment method is not accepted.

The payment method is not accepted for zone I and II: cash on delivery.

(For deliveries to zone I and II cash on delivery is not accepthed).

Payment Methods

The client may pay the amount of his order by opting for any of the following forms. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

Order execution

MARSI COTTON SL undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum period of 2 to 4 working days, from the receipt of the order, for the peninsular territory.

For other destination, the delivery period is 3 to 5 working days.

In Christmas periods, discounts or Black Friday, these deadlines may increase.

There will be no distributions on Saturdays and holidays. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will leave our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday.

The availability of the products offered by MARSI COTTON SL can vary depending on customer demand. • Returns of orders from other countries have a cost of €10 for depositing the package at the delivery point and €10 for home collection.

Collection costs will be deducted from the total return amount.

Payment reimbursement
