RETURNS AND CHANGES

If you wish to return an item purchased at Theamisycompany.com, you have 30 calendar days from receipt to return or exchange it.

During the Christmas period, we extend the return period. If you placed your order between November 22 and December 31, you will have the entire month of January to make the return.

The reimbursement of delivery costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all the items that make up the order in question are returned.


RETURNS

To make a return, we offer two options:


Option 1

Send the items by the shipping method you choose, to the following address:

You only have to pay the shipping costs to The Amity Company S.C.P.


Option 2

Email info@theamisycompany.com requesting a return, and we'll send you the link to download your shipping label.

Stick the label provided on the package, and deposit it at an UPS collection point. Find the nearest one clicking here.

We will issue the refund the same way you made your purchase. In the case of having requested the return, we will deduct € 6.00 from the return.


CHANGES

If you need to change size, color or model of an item, you can return it to us and make a new purchase.

Repayment of the payment 

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, as long as the opposite is not the case.

THE AMITY COMPANY SCP will be able to retain the refund until it has received the product, reason for withdrawal, or until the client gives proof of return of the same, according to which condition is met first.


Return of defective product 

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it, are not the result of the customer, the customer will be entitled to the return of the product, informing the AMITY COMPANY SC of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in the present conditions of hiring, and without any cost to the client. This return due to defect or bad status of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

THE AMITY COMPANY SCP undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product to a new one according to accepted conditions at the time of sale.
